Order Processing and Cancellation

Order Processing: Once you place an order, we will process it within 3-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not been shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return the item once received.To cancel your order, please contact us at service@femyra.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel the order within this timeframe, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. -
How to Return an Item:
To return an item, please follow these steps:- Contact Us: Email us at service@femyra.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare the Package: Include your order number inside the package, along with the return reason. Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping: You will be provided with the return shipping instructions.
Note: If the item is returned due to damage, we may deduct a portion of the refund amount to cover the cost of the damage.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item. You may return it for a full refund or exchange.

- Contact Customer Service: Reach out via email.
- Meet Return Conditions: Ensure the item is in unused condition, with original packaging, and does not affect secondary sales.
- Receive Return Address: Our customer service will provide the correct return address via email after verifying your return request.
- Ship the Item: Send the product back to the return address provided. Include a screenshot of your return shipment details when contacting customer service via email.
- Refund Confirmation: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm and process your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We offer free returns for exchanges or faulty items.

Refund Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. -
Refund Deductions:
Refunds may be subject to deductions if the returned items are damaged, used, or not in their original condition. If an item is returned after the allowed return period or is missing parts, a partial refund may apply. -
Required Documents for Refunds:
To process your refund, we require the following:- A copy of the order confirmation.
- Any relevant documents or images for damaged items (if applicable).
- Proof of return shipping (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are simple! If you want a different size or color, just let us know when you contact us, and we’ll arrange the exchange as soon as possible.
Important Notice:
- Do Not Return Items to the Original Address: Returns should not be sent back to the original shipping address unless specified. Our customer service team will provide the return address after confirming your eligibility.
- Return Shipping Fees and Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee. However, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our fault.
